Paid for septic, septic line, and , driveway for my elderly fathers house. Discussed with the foreman the plans for driveway and uses which include needing to have complete use of the driveway. The job was done with satisfaction but after they were complete large areas of rock that had been dig up and dirt were left in two separate areas one in the driveway which doesn’t allow for complete driveway use. Nice people. I called to get a price on a septic pump serviceI was quoted a price that I thought was pretty high. 450. I did say I thought that was too high the nice lady on the phone told me to be careful because cheaper pump services probably won’t pump my solids just the liquids. I did call one more place and I was quoted a price of 250. This place pumped both liquids and solids for almost half the price... be careful is right.
Their driver almost caused an accident and had erratic behavior. They will message you just to irritate you and post screenshots without your permission. The way your company is ran by doing this is not a good look on you guys. Of course I'm mad and don't want to message about it because I'm busy. Teach your drivers how to behave and follow road laws.

It seems it's much easier to buy fancy equipment when u don't pay for the building it's built for u. Instead of leading me along until I could be served your bankruptcy papers.
Absolutely horrible service. Had them out to pump our septic out and all they pumped out was the water on top. Did not pump any of the waste out. And of course, it filled back with water immediately. When my husband called them about it, all they could say was "we did the best we could". Pretty sad when the best they can do, is leave all the poo! Waste of $385!
