My experience was a positive one. Two guys that came out were super awesome. Had no idea where my lid was, so we got to know each other as we shoved the septic finder stick in the ground. They found it though. Got it cleaned out in no time. Even sprayed water down in there to make sure they could get what they could. First time in my life having it done, but I was impressed. Recently moved to Adair and we began having problems with aerobic septic system- thought it might be a sprinkler head problem…called on Monday morning and Tuesday Micheal came out and located several problems, faulty electrical control box, aeration pump as well as 2 bad heads. He fixed all, provided detailed instruction on the system as well as maintenance. Fantastic job. 5 stars!
JT’s team does it again!!! As a business owner it great to have relationships with others that you help Out! Costumer calls us out because of an issue, JT’s team was on it with in a couple hours! We had a late Friday afternoon problem with our Aerobic septic system. A service person came out and had the parts replaced quickly. He was nice polite and answered all our question. We will use JT for all our future maintenance needs and recommend them to our friends.
