My experience was a positive one. Two guys that came out were super awesome. Had no idea where my lid was, so we got to know each other as we shoved the septic finder stick in the ground. They found it though. Got it cleaned out in no time. Even sprayed water down in there to make sure they could get what they could. First time in my life having it done, but I was impressed.
