I continue to be very pleased with the service at Kootenai Family Dental complete from the welcoming, the cleaning/checkups, and the final exit experience. I appreciate the excellent service and careful observation of x-rays. The personal is experienced, thorough, and personable.

Everyone who helped me was extremely friendly and very courteous. The care was phenomenal and they do everything they can to tailor the experience you and your preference. They even have a little convenience menu (includes some drinks, and even things like chapstick and blankets if you're cold) to try to make your wait as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be using them from now on and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

This was my first visit to this dentist office. It was unlike any other dentist visit that I have encountered before. They focus initially on introducing themselves and their links to the community. This does not take too long, but their focus is actually on you and making you comfortable. They do have amenities that are available for the asking that reminded me of flying business class. Professionalism and customer care from the minute you walk in the door. I have never received anything but the best of patient care and consideration for my needs. I recommend Kootenai Family Dental, and especially Dr. LaRose, to everyone I meet who's looking for a dentist.

I have been a patient now of Kootenai family Dental for about 5 years and so glad I have them to take care of all my dental needs. I used to be sooo afraid of the dentist until I found KFD when I moved to North Idaho but because of their patience, gentle care, and amazing staff going to the dentist is a breeze now! All the Dr’s and staff are very sweet and welcoming and have always done whatever they could to take care of me and even had to fit me into their busy schedule for emergency visits!
