Excellent experience. Got an appt. the following day even though it wasn’t urgent. Walked in.... COVID screening, which was fine. Got a tour of the office from the pleasant reception staff. Nicole was my hygienist, she is AMAZING! I got my xrays, exam, and cleaning all on my first visit which I like, Dr. Wheeler was thorough and professional. Everyone here makes a visit to the dentist the best experience possible , considering where you are!! The office itself, is spotless, and the “office” girls are always friendly and respectful. Dr. LaRose is calming, and easily commands faith in her expertise! Always professional, yet down to earth , she is truly “precious” Maria is my hygienist , and does a beautiful job, at the same time is warm and friendly. As you can see , I highly recommend this office!!!👍🏻

I am visiting from Ohio and broke a crown. I called Kootenai Dental and was offered an appointment for early the next day. I am a nervous dental patient and explained that to the dentist. She was very kind and understanding and suggested an approach that worked for me. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. I am so thankful I chose Kootenai Dental and highly recommend them.
Had a job accident chipping both front lower teeth, sharp edges, while working out of state, tried to get local dentist but all a week out. I remember my friend had spoke highly of her dentist, since 4 July was only couple days away and not having much luck with local dentist. Dr. LaRose and the hygienist were both really good with me being so anxious about getting a needle in my mouth and having a vasovagal syncope episode afterwards. They knew exactly how to deal with that and keep me calm, as well as how to deal with me being drugged up on Valium. They are always great at dealing with those who have extreme medical phobias.
