Upon arrival I was met by Janelle and put through their Covid-19 screening. I was pleased to see they're following the CDC guidelines. It put me at ease immediately. She roomed me almost immediately and from there on it went smoothly. My hygienist, Nicole was awesome. Then I was seen by Dr. Smith. She was very nice and easy to talk to. I found them through Google and Yelp. Glad I went with Kootenai Family Dental.
Goin to the Dentist is not most people idea of a good time. Well, for sure I can tell you this team has changed my mind. I look forward to my appointments from the minute I get there to I leave with a smile on my clean teeth. Well done Ladies!!!
Dental appointments used to be dreaded, but every visit to Kootenai Family Dental is pleasant and we come away very grateful for the professional, friendly team!
What a fabulous experience. I felt educated and like a family member on my first visit. I have been going to the dentist for over 40 years and for the first time ever, I Love the experience and I learned so much about dentistry and how exciting it can be instead of "Yuck". Thank you girls, hate to say it but can't wait for my next visit.
My family and I really enjoy coming to Kootenai Family Dental, well as much as anyone enjoys going to the dentist! Great staff and facility and my family and I have never had a bad experience. My kids in particular (7, 8 and 10) say how nice the ladies are to them and they always do such a great job with their teeth and interacting during the visit. I would highly recommend Kootenai Family Dental!

My husband and I have been patients for 4 1/2 years. The entire staff is professional, caring , and friendly. We have excellent visits for the entire process. They always make sure that you are comfortable and they explain every part of the process with whatever procedure we are having done. You never feel rushed and get individual care They go over your treatment plans with you.
I am the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist. Lots of bad experiences when I was a child. The staff and doctors at Kootenai Family Dental make the visit very stress free and as fun as it can be. I'm headed back on Thursday for a follow up visit.
As usual everybody is just as nice as can be and very helpful. Always makes the visit easier. Dr. LaRose is very knowledgeable and did a very nice job again as usual.
