These ladies have it down. I was a new patient today and they certainly made me feel special! I had a welcome bag with a nice coffee mug and some other goodies waiting for me. I also checked out their comfort menu which has a bunch of different options to help you relax! I am a highly anxious dentist goer and opted for a paraffin wax dip, yes you read that right. I had my 6 month cleaning today at Kootenia Family Dental. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Each person I made contact with made me feel welcome. I felt relaxed and made to feel I was important. My dental technician was efficient and did whatever she could to make sure I was comfortable and the cleaning was completed timely and thoroughly. I would recommend this dental office to family and friends.
I chipped a crown and they had me in the next morning. The girls are all friendly and the office is very clean. They keep on all your medical problems and adjust to keep you healthy and comfortable.
