I came in because I haven't seen a dentist for 3 years due to bad experiences...THIS OFFICE IS AWESOME! They made me feel very comfortable and welcome...and I'm all about comfort and no pain...I just had xrays and consultation today...but I recieved a welcome gift and a hot beverage that made it even better!!! The have a list of items that make you comfortable making this tooth journey a better one!! Way to bring down my nerves!!! I will be returning and passing the word about this dentistry service!! Awesome service and very friendly! They make you feel welcome and they will do anything to you feel more comfortable. The dental assistant was very sweet and she talked to me the whole time. The actual dentist was so nice and explained everything to me in detail. Will definitely be going back!
It was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in, until the time I left. It's obvious that the entire staff makes every effort to make you feel comfortable, and a valued client. State of the art facility is simply amazing. If you're looking for best possible experience, give Kootenai Family Dental a try, you won't regret it!
Mostly fun because some of it was with a poker in my mouth and that’s never really fun, now is it! Loved my “caretaker” Laughlin today. But I did, really, appreciate her thorough work on my teeth. That helps so that they live healthfully another day (or more)! Love KFD family...all so friendly and helpful. Cheers, Sube 🐝
