I haven’t seen a dentist in about 8 years and after reading many reviews from dentists around the area I was highly impressed with response Kootenai Family Dental received. I went ahead and made an appointment and after 3 cavity fillings and a major cleaning later, I can truly vouch for the amazing crew here. They have made me feel welcome. Another great checkup at my much loved dental group. How can you beat a gentle hygienist who gives a complimentary paraffin wax treatment on your hands? You just can't. Make an appointment and never stress over the dentist again.

Very helpful in getting a new crown on short notice. I had a crown come off while traveling and they worked me in to their already busy schedule and replaced it with a new one in just a couple of hours. There aren't many places that you can go to and get a crown completed in just a couple of hours. 'Kootenai Family' has been my choice for dental care for years. They are friendly and are the best there is. :)

I must say this office and the personal, all of them, has to be the best dental experience I have ever had. All are friendly and eager to serve and make things right. They even have a list of leisure services, how good is that! While I was waiting I had a nice chat with several of th employees and the dentist herself while having my hands waxed! I like that the employees are happy and surported. I highly recommend this dental office.

I am a newer patient to this office (i was referred by a co-worker) these ladies are super welcoming and friendly, very professional and do a great job following up after any procedures like tooth extractions or things like that. I had 2 teeth pulled on a friday and they called me to make sure i was ok on monday. They also do a great job of letting you know how much your dental plan will cost out of pocket and helpful in planning and scheduling the procedures needed to fix any dental issues you might have.
