The whole staff here at Kootenai Family Dental is extremely nice and competent. They are prompt and courteous as well, and the cost of their services is really reasonable. I highly recommend them.
In all the years I have been coming to Kootenai Family Dental I have ALWAYS been treated with enthusiasm and smiles. Almost makes me feel like I’m a friend that has been away and have returned home. From the front office staff to the hygienist up to Dr LaRose they all make me feel welcome and comfortable. It wouldnt be true if I said I “love” going to the dentist, but honestly I have to say I always have good experiences and the visit was actually fairly pleasant.
Excellent cleaning by new person, Laughlin! She was thorough, careful, always explained everything as she was doing it. Very pleasant experience! Also, the girls at the front desk, so knowledgeable and friendly. Makes you feel like you’re coming in and seeing friends!
As a new patient my first visit inspires me that this is the right place.
My wife and I enjoy our vists to the Dentist they are very friendly and very helpful in explaining every aspect of treatment . Thank You Very Much
Switched to Dr LaRose and am very glad I did! Her receptionist was warm and welcoming, assistants were kind and funny, and her hygienist was efficient and amusing! Dr LaRose was clear, effective and wasn’t looking to up sale me on anything. Just good solid dentistry! Her kind personality softens the fact that I was at the Dentist! Recommend her highly.
I love this place! They are friendly, helpful, caring, and the patient care is fantastic. Best Dental Office EVER! My son (2 yrs old) will even play in the waiting room without me while I am being seen, he doesn't do that anywhere else. I have going here for many years, moved out of the area for a short time and then when I moved back, this is where I chose to get my care again. Best dental team! Thank you!!!!!!!!!
