Like many people, I don't love going to the dentist. But Kootenai Family Dental was welcoming and put me at ease. The staff was attentive and responsive to my questions and concerns. Based on my initial visit I would recommend them as dental providers.
I love the friendly atmosphere of this office with patients and each other. The hygienist was super good and Dr. Smith very friendly and kind. Very glad we chose Kootenai Family Dental for our dental needs.
I wish this dentist office was around when I was little! They make going to the dentist as enjoyable as possible, from the the moment you walk in there’s a warm smiling face to check you in, (which isn’t anything new) but what really wowed me was that everyone that works there is just as warm and friendly as the receptionists! Today I visited the clinic for a exam and cleaning. Lori was my dental hygienist and she did an awesome. Heather informed me about the Premier Club and enrolled both my husband and I into the plan. I was even able to use a $25 Birthday coupon which was a real plus!
My mother is 87 years old and I am 62. Today we saw our hygienists and had perfect check ups! Love this office which makes our appointments together and fun. Thank you everyone.
