This office is very professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to make to me and my family feel comfortable and listened to. We have really enjoyed our experience here.

While my appointment was a long one, the entire staff was remarkably kind and caring. From the front office staff to the dentist herself, everyone was concerned for my well being and comfort. I’m not an easy patient...I have anxiety about going to the dentist and I’m sure they were happy to see me leave. Ha ha. But seriously they are an amazing team!!!
Everyone that works here is wonderful. They remember who you are. Very helpful in explaining everything. I can see why they keep winning awards.
I am always apprehensive about going to the dentist for a cleaning as I have sensitive gums and usually experience pain with my biannual cleanings. Not this time!!!! Kootenai Family Dental really made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The staff is friendly and attentive and my dental hygienist Lori took the time to listen to my concerns about dental pain and areas of sensitivity. I have never had such a pleasurable experience at the dentist. Even though I live in Rathdrum, I will gladly make the trip down to Kootenai Family Dental. They won me over!
The staff at KFD are all so happy and welcoming. It was a pleasant experience for both my husband and me. Just did check ups, cleaning and exams today... will be back for additional work needed.
