I am new to the area and was looking for a dentist. I happen to find Kootenai County Family Dental and I am so happy that I did. They got me in right away to get my teeth cleaned and on top of that when there was a cancellation they were able to squeeze me in to get a couple teeth fixed before my insurance ran out. Thank you to the amazing staff! I've never felt as welcomed to a dental office as I did when I stepped foot in their front door.

Everyone was so informative and friendly from the initial check in to the check out. Great positive attitudes with everyone.
I always feel welcomed when I come here. They respect my time and my concerns if I have any. My son, who is 2, has been getting check ups here also. Last night, I had a cleaning and they let him play with the toys in the front and we both had our exams together. They were wonderful with him. I love coming here and so glad to have the best team working for mine and my son's Oral Health!!
I had a great time with Lori--and I got to see my old friend Stephanie. It was a wonderful visit.
My appointment was 9am I was in the chair by 9:05 out the door by 9:45 prompt and professional
