I was referred to Kootenai Dental buy a client of mine. I haven't been to the dentist in about eight years and I need a lot of things to be done. The staff at the office was absolutely fantastic the doctors were amazing as well as the hygiene staff! Most people hate going to the dentist but I actually like it and I like it even more now that I go here! Thank you for your wonderful service.
Yesterday I had my semi annual checkup. As usual, my experience was a great one! The front desk was welcoming, my hygenist was wonderful! She was informative, gentle, calming and fun. And of course the Dr. as always was friendly and gentle as well as professional and helpful. My appointment started on time and was I was out in just over an hour. Such an easy and efficient office!
My first visit to the Kootenai Family Dental office was a wonderful experience. The office is warm, staff extremely friendly and service was notch! I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a routine check up or dental work.

The friendly staff always remembers me even after a few months. Procedures are completed professionally with attention to detail. When a shot is required, never feel the sting of the needle. Feel like they care about me and aren't always trying to sell me something.
Everyone is so friendly and kind. They love to laugh and so positive. Your missing out if you haven’t been there. They always have something fun going on.
