I received good service. Friendly people
This was my first experience getting a crown. I was very nervous due to painful dental work as a child. When I hear that drill I just about come out of my chair. Dr LaRose was extremely patient with my jumpiness and gave me headsets and my favorite Pandora station. Once she got to work it was painless and she is very efficient. My experience with Kootenai Family Dentist was great. I came in with a difficult situation. The staff from the front desk to the Dr’s treated me with care and genuine kindness. Professional and took the extra steps that were needed for my comfort and results I would be happy with. I will not go anywhere else.

After having a few fillings i had extreme pressure sensitivity on one back molar. I thought my teeth were just adjusting to the procedure so i figured i'd give it a few weeks. After about 2 weeks it was still impossible to eat anything so i scheduled a bite adjustment. It took a matter of minutes to fix and i can already feel a massive difference. I don't believe i will need to go back for another adjustment but if i do i am confidant it will be simple and painless.
She did a great job and answered all my questions well. Very satisfied.
Dr. LaRose used her awesome Cerec machine to replace a broken crown. Whole process took a little over 2 hours. And I didn't even feel it when she injected the lidocaine. Dr. LaRose and all of her staff are amazing! It is so nice to have a crown placed in one visit.
Wonderful crew and dental assistance and doctor. Would recommend (and have) to any of my friends. Lovely office space and friendly service.
