Had an awesome visit.. it didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist everyone was so inviting and friendly! Holly made me feel welcomed from scheduling my appointment, to walking in the office and all the way to the end of my appointment! Review your billing statements really well. During Ortho treatments for my kids we keep pointing out insurance and what we were paying wasn't exactly matching. I pointed out how much we were overpaying vs what insurance was covering. Fast forward 3 yrs later we received a letter stating we overpaid over 300.00 , would you like a refund? I sent back a letter stating yes. Since then, I only got back only half the money. When I called, they stated we have to log a ticket.
