Review your billing statements really well. During Ortho treatments for my kids we keep pointing out insurance and what we were paying wasn't exactly matching. I pointed out how much we were overpaying vs what insurance was covering. Fast forward 3 yrs later we received a letter stating we overpaid over 300.00 , would you like a refund? I sent back a letter stating yes. Since then, I only got back only half the money. When I called, they stated we have to log a ticket.
