I absolutely love being a patient at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Apex! The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They show genuine care and patience during check-in and always take the time to ask how we’re doing. I really appreciate that they remember personal details and engage in conversations. I highly recommend them!!
The hygienist was super helpful and friendly. The doctor performed a thorough dental exam. She also took the time to explain in depth problem areas, and next step to fixing them. Overall , I had a great experience from the moment I entered the dental office.
I’ve had the best dental experiences with everyone i’ve seen in your office! And the staff in the office as well. Even for the filling and crown i’ve had to have done-gentle touch and explaining as the work is done is helpful-thanks!
