I experienced wonderful customer service with not just dental assistant Christina but with the denist and the wonderful ladies upfront. They all did excellent in guiding me through what was needed for future steps in getting braces, they not only offered me great service but my mom aswell, who worked a night shift prior to coming early in the morning they were so kind to bring her a blanket and a neck pillow, which was and is greatly appreciated. Great service and friendly staff
Amazing experience. From my phone call with Julie who got me in quickly and was very kind on explaining the process to Dr Pal and assistants being very gentle and very nice. I felt heard and seen. The check out lady was the office manger and she was also amazingly nice and helpful. My smile has never been brighter! I hope everyone keeps up the great work!
