Staff made me comfortable, and the doctor was hilarious 😁
I've been going for 3 or 4 years now and they are awesome! I especially love my hygienist! I make sure to see her every time! They are super nice and always make me feel comfortable!
I've been a patient at Lane and Associates at the Renaissance Park Pl, Cary, NC location for almost a decade, but I know they would do this for any patient. This week, I had an urgent dental need. The front office found a time to squeeze me in during the lunch hour. When I needed additional treatment, Dr. Lou took the time to thoroughly explain the issues and why they occur even with good dental hygiene. Then, Harmony, the wonderful staff member who checked me out, took the extra time to call multiple locations to find me a periodontist appointment the next day. I'm so grateful for everything at Lane and Associates.
Highly appreciated Lane & Associates,Renaissance Park Pl, Cary, NC for recommending me to get a sleep study completed for it has been a life saver with not grinding my teeth and snoring every night with now using a CPAP machine. Also for there excellent service in taking care of my teeth right after my cleaning.
