Had a great experience with Dr. Niti Mehta at Lane & Associates! She was kind, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. Dental assist Ms. Anna was wonderful and attentive throughout the visit. Shoutout to Rodolfo and Dahjia at the front desk—they were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this team!

Overall it was a decent experience. I read some of the negative reviews from recently and honestly … if you come in with realistic expectations and actually listen to what you’re being told … I don’t see any problems. Insurance is tricky and having worked with it myself, you get an “estimate” for a reason. Insurance can do whatever they want. It’s not on the office staff. Scheduling … that’s with any office. I had to bring my 89 year old mother in for some dental work and the staff there was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The people up front were so sweet and had my mother laughing.
