I had such a great experience with the entire staff. Charity and Dahjia were super nice and so funny. I will definitely be making this my regular dental office. My old dentist wasn’t accepting my insurance anymore so I had to find somewhere else and the atmosphere here was amazing.
Melissa did a great job cleaning my teeth. She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable.
Had a great experience with Dr. Niti Mehta at Lane & Associates! She was kind, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. Dental assistant Ms. Anna was wonderful and attentive throughout the visit. Shoutout to Rodolfo and Dahjia at the front desk—they were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this team! Overall it was a decent experience. I read some of the negative reviews from recently and honestly … if you come in with realistic expectations and actually listen to what you’re being told … I don’t see any problems. Insurance is tricky and having worked with it myself, you get an “estimate” for a reason. Insurance can do whatever they want. It’s not on the office staff. Scheduling … that’s with any office.
