Dr Saeed in incredible. A true artist! He is a pleasure to work with and takes him time making sure everything is perfect. A consummate professional as well as a very personable man. All the staff at Lane & Associates in Durham are helpful and easy to work with. Also liked the assistant with Dr Saeed today. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Saeed and Lane & Associates.
Awesome great customer service
I came in for my 6 month cleaning! I met Robin and Cierra and they both were so nice and welcomed me with warm open arms. They both took their time and made sure I was comfortable.
I felt very comfortable and informed during and after my visit. more confident as well! everyone I met working there was very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Piplani and Lynne are real professionals! They do care about patients and apparently enjoy their jobs at the same time. I’m 100% satisfied because of them!
The service was great and professional. Lynn’s professionalism was conveyed in a kind way. She’s a dedicated employee that I look forward to seeing.
My experience today was an absolute pleasure. It is always helpful to walk in a business and the receptionist is friendly and ready to assist you. But most importantly, the hygienist (Tanya, RDH)was most helpful. She made me smile and relaxed during my visit. Her outgoing demeanor was spot on. Looking forward to seeing her on my next visit.
My dentist was great and her nurse Rainy and Lynn was awesome and very friendly.. Dr. Hannah was fantastic.
