Another great visit to Dr. Lane's office. Elizabeth is a very knowledgeable and experienced hygienist. She always shares really good information about oral health and best practices. And, she does the best cleanings!

The hygienist Grace was. Awesome she did a great job on me today. Her performance was painless. I really like the way she treated me. She has great listening skills. She was really taskful when came to my comfort and very patient. I would like to give her a high 5 for making me smile. I wasn't expecting such a kind soul. I am glad she is here SIGN ME UP TO SEE. I just wanted to say that Grace (my new Dental Hygienist at Lane and Associates on Broad Street in Durham) is one of the nicest, most caring Dental Hygienists to ever clean my teeth. She was so thoughtful in her approach, constantly asking me if I felt any pain while she was using sharp objects in my mouth. She also stressed that she does not view her patients as numbers but as human beings. Had a great appointment today. Grace did a great job with my cleaning.
The dental assistant, Imani, was very nice and personable. She told me about her kids while we waited for the dentist. Dr. Rios was very nice and answered all my questions. The visit was brief being that it was for a referral to have my son's wisdom teeth extracted.
Grace and Elizabeth did a excellent job cleaning my teeth, awesome personality, I felt very comfortable and relax
