The hygienist Grace was. Awesome she did a great job on me today. Her performance was painless. I really like the way she treated me. She has great listening skills. She was really taskful when came to my comfort and very patient. I would like to give her a high 5 for making me smile. I wasn't expecting such a kind soul. I am glad she is here SIGN ME UP TO SEE. I like to see the hygienist GRACE again when l have another visit. Peaceful person.

I had a great experience today at lane & Associates Family and Dentistry Durham on Broad st.. Dr. Grace is caring and kind makes sure her patients feel comfortable, great experience.
I just wanted to say that Grace (my new Dental Hygienist at Lane and Associates on Broad Street in Durham) is one of the nicest, most caring Dental Hygienists to ever clean my teeth. She was so thoughtful in her approach, constantly asking me if I felt any pain while she was using sharp objects in my mouth. She also stressed that she does not view her patients as numbers but as human beings. Had a great appointment today. Grace did a great job with my cleaning.
The dental assistant, Imani, was very nice and personable. She told me about her kids while we waited for the dentist. Dr. Rios was very nice and answered all my questions. The visit was brief being that it was for a referral to have my son's wisdom teeth extracted.
Grace and Elizabeth did a excellent job cleaning my teeth, awesome personality, I felt very comfortable and relax
I am so Thankful to Imani who helped my daughter on two separate occasions that we have been in for service. She has been such an asset in helping my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. Small children don’t always do well with dentistry but now that my daughter knows Ms. Imani will be there she’s excited about going to the dentist. It’s her warm smile and friendliness that makes our visits go so well.
Highly recommend this dental office. Imani in the office was wonderful - efficient and considerate! She went above and beyond to make my trip to the dentist as painless as possible.
