I came back for my new crown and Nicole was able to schedule me for a deep cleaning at the same time which was absolutely wonderful! Everyone who cared was professional and caring - Dr. Saeed, Jessica and Sanjay. As always, Nicole had worked with Delta Dental to gain approval for all procedures and insured that I knew up front what my payments would be. Everything was so easy! The communication of this Lane and Associates Durham office is above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

I received Excellent Customer Service and felt very welcomed at my appointment on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at the Broad Street, Durham NC office from Dr Chad Lubecki, Veronica , Sanjay, Sherre, and Nicole! Sherre, Nicole and Stephanie also provided me with Excellent Customer Service on the phone scheduling my appointment and answering additional questions! This was absolutely the most wonderful appointment I have ever experienced !!🥰

First visit the other his dental practice. Pleasant experience, nice staff, plus you get to exercise on the way up to the third floor. You have the option of the elevator.. I need the climb.
