From the initial appointment scheduling to the scheduling of my next appointment: I am so impressed. My hygienist (Anne, I think? 😅) was extremely courteous, helpful and thorough with my cleaning- explaining everything along the way. Dr. Shad created a dental correction plan to best suit my needs, in a timely manner. The receptionists were so polite and welcoming.
