Great at the front desk very friendly and helpful, and in the room it was even a better experience they did everything for me in one day and were very respectful and kind THANK YOU
I had nothing less than a positive visit here . I had my X-rays done by Megan who was so cheerful and happy ..it made my visit fun ! Ann then completed my cleaning and she was also very friendly , informative and answered any questions that I had . I'm glad I chose L&A as my choice of dentistry ... I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else :)
I have been a patient of Lane and Associates for over 20 years and I have been always satisfied with the service. Today was my first visit to the Miami Blvd office and everyone was very nice and professional. Ann was my hygienist and she was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what she was doing. Her dental assistant, Meagan was very nice and so was Dr shad. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for an exceptional dental practice. Excited about the coming new office. Compassionate and knowledgeable
Great!! Awesome bed-side manner, warm, inviting and comforting. I'm not a fan of the dentist, even at my age and I was extremely impressed!! Upfront about charges, possible complications etc. No surprises!!! Awesome group of employees all the way from the front desk, dental assistants to Dr Shad!!! Recommending to all!
