Do not get the young female dentist you will walk out with depression so basically you’re paying somebody to discriminate against you and not even do what they were paid to do
Do not bring your children to this location I should’ve read all the comments before I went here My family will have a different dentist office
Very unprofessional
Female young dentist seem to be just out of school and unprofessional. If I yelled at a paying client or customer I would have been fired I guess because every one is short handed after cov19 ppl don’t worry about getting fired anymore . Excellent service! Very professional and the Dentist was excellent as well as the hygienist!
My wife went in for her usual checkup, cleaning, and x-rays at Lane & Associates. At that time she was told she needed two fillings and there was one "watch." She later had the two fillings done at Lane. For her next appointment, she went to another dentist because it would have been an additional 4 months before she could be seen back at Lane due to the cancellation of her scheduled appointment because of the dental hygienist being out on sick leave. Came in for a cleaning , and was able to get my treatment done same day ! Great experience
Horrible experience! Went in for a cleaning and they tried to force me to go on an action plan where I’d have to pay a fortune out of pocket! Tried to just get a regular cleaning and they refused, insisting I had to do a deep cleaning and they were awful! Insurance fraud at it’s best! Stay away!
