Horrible experience! Went in for a cleaning and they tried to force me to go on an action plan where I’d have to pay a fortune out of pocket! Tried to just get a regular cleaning and they refused, insisting I had to do a deep cleaning and they were awful! Insurance fraud at it’s best! Stay away!
If I could give them a -1 star, I would. I started out extremely excited to see them and schedule a cleaning with them. Once in my appointment, after all of the preliminary paperwork, the X-Rays etc. they refused to do a regular cleaning (which is covered 100%by my insurance). They said I needed a “Deep Cleaning”, at a cost of over $500+ out of pocket from me. I told them I couldn’t afford it and to just do what was covered under my insurance. After not seeing a dentist in quite some time I have to say Dr. Ravindran along with her assistant Nancy put me right at ease and reassured me that the embarrassment I was feelin about my oral care was nothing to be ashamed of because they had seen much worse and I shouldn't be uncomfortable. I was so grateful for that. The front desk staff has so far been gracious and courteous when checking me in and very welcoming. The one complaint I do have is the state of their waiting area.
