Great customer service from the front desk being checked in and great service to service my tooth . Thank you Lane & Associates so much .
Amanda in particular was amazing. She did my whole cleanup. The moment I hit that chair within seconds she was there she attended to me and got everything sorted out completely. Gave me honest feedback and helped me improve further and also arranged for a doctor to see me by the end of my appointment. In my whole life going to the doctors I’ve never seen a more caring and attentive person than Amanda.
I had my first patient appointment with Lane and Associates, I had Valarie, Nyla, and Dr. Glavich. They all were very friendly and provided great care. I was happy to be seen by them!
My visit was quick and painless.
Dr. White and the hygienists that assisted my daughter with her crown did an excellent job! They set good expectations and were very patient. The check-in/check-out experience is always cheerful and professional as well. Thank you!
