I have been going to lane&associates a little over a year. I am so impressed with the staff and doctor (cannot pronounce the name). This time Lisa was my hygienist for this appt and so pleasant to conversate with. She explain my service and recommended an item for me to use for keeping my teeth healthy. I was in for a crown delivery by Dr. Mac, I was completely satisfied. I’ve also had a repeated problem with my lower partial since it’s delivery in January 3025. I’ve been in for 3-4 adjustments since delivery. Today I felt heard by Dee (dental hygienist), she listened, showed patience and demonstrated the highest degree empathy and professionalism. She worked on my adjustment until I was comfortable. Dee put herself in my “shoes”, acting how she would want to feel with the partial fit.
