For the most part okay, really nice customer service. The only down fall is wait time for service to began. I understand everyone is tired it’s the end of the day. I feel like the cleaning wasn’t as great as it should have been. Perhaps my teeth wasn’t as bad as I thought and maybe that’s why it was so quick
Meeka was very kind and courteous to my situation. She was very helpful with rescheduling my appointment and keeping me in the month of December. I greatly appreciate her and her patience. Her customer service was very outstanding

I had to have temporary crown & had 830 appt. Finished checking out at 1130…left & 20 min later it came off. I immediately came back to office & door locked with meeting going on. . A lady (I think Melissa) came to door & told me to come on in & she took care of me . Tge First Lady to unlock door said come back but I had to pick child up at school. .. Melissa took me back & fixed a new crown. She was very kind & knowledgeable . I was upset & she helped me & I was on my way in a short time. Not many people today go extra mile... read more
