I would like to mention about my first visit to this dentistry was on past Wednesday of this week. The receptionist Marchene was on the phone with another dentist requesting labs and it was quite obvious that the other person was giving her a hard time but I was totally overwhelmed with the professionalism she exploited. I don't recommend them
First off I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of when I called. Secondly Kumesha is AWSOME! She was very encouraging and walked me through the whole process. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it and why. She gave me heads up when she knew something may hurt a little. I could not have chosen a better dentist! Thank you Lanes & Assoc & Kumesha!
Always love the people and professionalism that Lane & Associates being. My fav is Jennifer, who is very engaging and takes time to ensure she does here best job on your teeth. In a quickly manner of course. Thanks for keeping my smile bright.
Just completed another pain free cleaning with Jennifer. Have had several hygienist during my life and have to say Jennifer is the ultimate best. She is professional and pleasant.
My experience with Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Greensboro began with a phone call to receptionist “Crystal”. She was most pleasant and very informative resulting in me making an appointment for my broken tooth. When we arrived my wife and I came in contact with Crystal. She was most pleasant, efficient and very attractive. First visit was with “Dr. Scott Folsom” and he is outstanding. I have been coming to this office for many years now and although the people at the front desk have changed over the years they are very professional and friendly. Jennifer, my hygenist has become like family and I trust her completely and enjoy seeing her every 6 months.
