I cant think no of anything
The cleaning by Shannon was great, and felt she was very through. But I arrived today at 11:00 for paperwork for an 11:30 appt. and did not see Shannon until 12:05pm, I was taken back for xrays and placed in the exam chair at 11:37. I was told that the appt. would take 45min to an hour. I was there until 1:00 when I checked out. I felt this was a waste of my time as I had to take time off work, had I been told she was running behind I could have planned accordingly. Otherwise the visit was fine.
I had an appointment at 8 am to recement an existing crown that came off. I explained to the staff when I made my appt that my brother would be having surgery today at UNC on his lung due to cancer and having an appt first thing in the morning was necessary so I could head to the hospital right after. It should only take 30 minutes to cement a crown back on......Right????. Here it is 10:15 am and I am still sitting in the back in a chair waiting. I asked why it is taking so long and was told there were appts before mine.... read more
