The women at the front desk should not be working in a customer service environment if they do not know how to speak without being rude. It that's the only way you know how to convey your point you have an issue. The lack of organization & same use of policies between the women in the office led me to believe that my insurance could be taken & that the payment could be paid as soon as possible. The appointment was at 9:30am, I was there for 2 hours. It seem like you overbooked appointments.
I was happy with doctor but extremely unhappy with the wait. My appointment was at 10:30, at 11:00 I was in a chair waiting for the doctor that arrived at 11:15. The doctor apologized for the wait but still I would like someone to tell me in advance that they were running late.
