Excellent office and providers
I have been waiting 8 weeks, after an insurance payment was received by Lane and Associates, for my refund. I have called twice and no one can tell me when I will receive my money back. I am extremely frustrated! Ready to report them to the AG and BBB if I do not get my money soon!
I was not able to complete my visit today. After being in the office for 45 minutes taking X-ray's and preparing for my teeth cleaning they look at my medical records (submitted weeks in advance) and determined they needed a release for m for a medical condition I have. My question to them was why they did not review it in advance and in addition have me waster my time until the notification. Disappointing
