I was not able to complete my visit today. After being in the office for 45 minutes taking X-ray's and preparing for my teeth cleaning they look at my medical records (submitted weeks in advance) and determined they needed a release for m for a medical condition I have. My question to them was why they did not review it in advance and in addition have me waster my time until the notification. Disappointing

The person that did my cleaning let me know what she was doing, and what all she had to do pertaining to X-ray and etc. She also done a very good job of cleaning my teeth. Any questions I had she answered with patience.

Jessica is a very good dental hygenist who really cares about her clients! She does a great job and knows how to have conversations.
Dr Byrne was able to do my extraction the same day I came in for an emergency. I had a great visit
