Great dental office, highly recommend.
I go to Lane and Associates to Dr DesRosiers. For the second time I have been told the wrong information regarding my insurance and it has cost me money. I was told I was not covered for my crown procedure, that I had to wait one year. This time I decided to call my insurance and confirm. I was told I am covered. When I call the office back, the rude girl in the front, Kathy or Casey keep assuring me I wasn’t covered did not believe me and started arguing with me, she hung up the phone. The woman at the front desk who greets everyone coming in. Almost gave me a heart attack . I gave her my name and she said I owed whatever the whole total of bill. I called my husband to help straighten it out. On my first visit my husband set up the payment plan. I wanted to run out the door and never come back. scheduled a extraction with Dr. mike who took 30 mins to see me. My appointment was set around 2:30 and I wasn't seen until almost 3. Red flag number one. He took one look at me barely touched me and said I had an infection and that he couldn't pull the tooth. Understandable. But then tried to charge me 100 dollars, turn and tell me it was actually $57 ? Okkkk ? He prescribed me anti biotic and they scheduled me to come back 3 weeks from that date. Have been having trouble finding a dentist that communicated well. The staff here is great, patient and very detailed. Dr Mike was very friendly. I feel comfortable here.
