I recently found Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Raleigh Neuse after a frustrating search for a practice that would treat my TMJ and work with my medical insurance. After moving from Florida, I found it very challenging to locate a provider that would take any medical insurance and gave up after awhile. I was very unhappy and found them unprofessional and done what manipulative in their system at Exposition place. The hygienist recommended a derp cleaning but can’t tell me if covered by insurance. She signs me up I return and discover a co-pay out of my financial range. I say ok just give me a regular cleaning and she can’t/ won’t because her medical opinion is otherwise. I leave and will change dentists for sure!
Oin office was great , tryi g to get in notso much, I had a infection thT was very painful a live aboard 65 miles away. They were goin to give me an appt a week ftomwhen I called since that was their only opening. After expressing frustZtio . They found a cancellation. Can not believe there is not an emergency number

I go to Lane and Associates to Dr DesRosiers. For the second time I have been told the wrong information regarding my insurance and it has cost me money. I was told I was not covered for my crown procedure, that I had to wait one year. This time I decided to call my insurance and confirm. I was told I am covered. The woman at the front desk who greets everyone coming in. Almost gave me a heart attack . I gave her my name and she said I owed whatever the whole total of bill. I called my husband to help straighten it out. On my first visit my husband set up the payment plan. I wanted to run out the door and never come back.
