Extremely helpful when I called and fit me right in after major holiday and unrelenting pain (when my usual location did not have any doctors that day). Big thanks to Dr. McLaughlin, Alisha, Ashley and the entire staff!! We will be switching to this location effective immediately.

I just had my first appointment at Lane & Associates in Richlands. I was a little nervous at first but everything went well. The facility is nice and clean, with modern equipment and a friendly efficient staff. I am happy to be a new patient at Lane & Associates.

We love to make you smile! At Lane & Associates, I feel like this slogan is taken to heart by each one of the associates there. Not only do they make you feel at home with so much hospitality, but they also make you smile with pride and happiness that you will be looking forward to your next visit. My dental hygienist today was so sweet and pleasant to talk with. She was so calm and patient as she cleaned my teeth making me feel like I was being taken care of to the fullest of her abilities. I was very pleased with the service I received today. Both techs that assisted today, as well as the dentist were gentle and informed me along the way of what was happening during my procedure. The office was clean and comfortable (the waiting room was very chilly!). I recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist who has a caring crew.

Absolutely love this office! I've been seeing them about 3 years now. Every visit is wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I've never had to wait long to be seen. Things are always clean and orderly. Overall, one of the best dentist offices I've ever been to.
