The staff here at the Richlands location are amazing. I always feel welcome every time I come in for a visit and enjoy the wonderful conversations that I have with the staff. I personally don’t enjoy coming to the dentist but I enjoy coming to this one.

Amazing Service and beautiful work
I am totally petrified of dentists. I have never had an experience like this before. This is my first time at Lane & Associates. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The dentist always let me know what he was going to do and what I would feel. Also the assistant and dentist were very patient and understanding of my fear. I am one happy patient 😁

Wonderful staff and environment
I have been a patient at Lane and Associates for a few years now and it seems to just get better each visit! They are so personable and easy to talk with. They are professional and genuinely care about providing effective AND AFFORDABLE care options. Dr Mclaughlin is very professional and knowledgeable and their hygienists (especially Alicia) are wonderful! Could not recommend Lane and Associates enough!
