Beware stay far away from this dentist old unclean equipment and terrible dental work had a crack on my teeth fixed that didn’t last a week
I have only been a patient at Lane and Associate's Sanford, Horner office for a couple years. The care i have been receiving there has been great. Just today I had an emergency visit with them and Dr Gory and all the team members were so kind, caring, compassionate and gentle. I highly recommend this practice.
Depending on what insurance you have they will make up new rules that’s are not in their policy. Refuse and can’t show anything backing up what they tell you. The new staff are unprofessional. Have horrible customer service. And the manger Megan is very rude. They add extra changes to your account years later then want you to pay it on spot before being seen again. If I have to pay 100% up front I shouldn’t be changed something years later
Great place. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Renee for everything she did to help me She is one of the best. Will only see her for my dental work now.
