First time i've been to Dr. Lane and Associates. Great customer service, friendly front desk people. The make you feel very comfortable. Good communication with hyginist, very informative about every procedure.
I called last minute on a Friday during a holiday weekend and they were open an were more than willing to see me. I had a hurting tooth with the filling missing and was in pain. They were all wonderful to me including the receptionist lady. The receptionist answered all of my questions and told me what your office offers and asked to set up an appointment for my whole family to get there cleanings done and I have since made that appointment. Very welcoming environment and open to explaining my results and allowing me to see my patient notes. They explained the science behind the procedures and future treatment plans.
I've only been to this location once for a cleaning. The service was great! My cleaning was great! I can't wait to see how my follow ups and whitening go. My only negative is the temperature in the waiting (all directly under the vents) was so cold I had to go out and warm up. Some people might prefer that tho, and I'm a reasonable guy. So based on the great service, freindly staff, I give 5 stars. Good job!😄
