Your front desk ladies- are rude, unprofessional and are not welcoming as a first Point of contact. My appointment with dentist went great, however, front desk personnel are definitely not the right people for that role

She hurted me when cleaning my teeth and I didn’t like the water splattering on my face the whole time .
I came this morning expecting to get my teeth cleaned. Once I got in the chair I was asked did anyone inform me that my pay for today would be out of pocket. Well I think I should have been informed on this before I got in the chair or before I even got there.
The periodontist specialist and her nurses assistant were very insensitive to my situation. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. No privacy at all. I could hear and see everything the patient next to me had going on. Front desk clerk were rude… Very bad experience and I do not recommend.
She’s always a joy to see! She takes time and does her job right! Thank you Lisa ❤️❤️❤️
