Just want to say that I am a big baby when it comes to dentists, but Dr. Chung keeps me coming as she explains every she is doing and is gentle and kind! Also, Naquan Hill in billing goes above and beyond to send in codes as soon as possible and lets us know the amounts that the insurance will cover, and balance will need to pay. The dental hygienist was excellent . She was friendly and professional. She listened to me and addressed the issues I discussed.
I am pregnant and emphasized on it when requesting the appointment for routine dental cleaning, I had to wait 2 month to get an appointment, the day arrived and they can't do it because: 1)upon arrival and checking in I was told that my insurance said I was not covered, that was their mistake on how did they verify that, I called the insurance at the moment of the appointment and they said I was covered -had same insurance of over 4 years-, I had to 1 full hour for them to call my insurance and re-confirm coverage; 2) after... read more
