This was my first time at Lane and Associates and it was a fantastic experience! My dental hygienist, Rachel, was so friendly, efficient and gentle. Dr. Hooper was also friendly and professional. They provided quality care with a smile!
The Southern Pines location welcomed me with open arms for my emergency procedure. They have a caring staff and a relaxing environment. They will be my dentist of choice from now on!
Everyone in the office is nice and professional. They originally gave us one price for tooth extraction and a crown which was reasonable and acceptable to us and was pleasantly surprised that when we went to pay it was over two hundred dollars less. They could have kept the money, but they didn't which meant a lot to me. The Dentist was great and gentle and explained fully what he was going to do and what to expect.
