The entire staff was awesome! Vickie was so informative, patient, and genuinely sweet! This was our first visit and we were very pleased.
I called needing to be seen for problem visit. The front office staff was great about getting me in on the same day. Dr Nichols and her clinical staff were efficient. Overall, everyone was very pleasant.
Vickie took care of my daughter and she was amazing. Very kid friendly and kept me informed.
Hygienist friendly and efficient. Very little wait time and all I needed was cleaning and hygienist did a great job. Dentist was pleasant and nothing was painful. Rooms are set up for your privacy and office is clean and comfortable.
Vickie was very professional and did a great job. My first visit was great as I was very nervous after going to the same dentist for 35 years.
Everyone was friendly. Worked me in to have a tooth & gum issue checked. In & out in no time.
I had my first cleaning with Vickie. She was so amazing and gentle throughout my cleaning. She is super sweet and so kind. Comes from a professional/private practice with immense knowledge and skills. She takes her time and she will not be rushed. She gives the appropriate time needed. I am so happy my first cleaning was with her and the only one I will go to! Thank you Vickie!
I was a emergency patient, my crown had shattered and it was a front tooth!!! Lane & Associates took me in immediately, even though it was a Friday afternoon. The people attending me were so very gracious, they told me every thing they were doing, They had me fixed up in no time at all with a temporary crown, and it was blended very well to match my teeth, no one would know what had happened. Very pleased with the prompt service!
The staff is friendly & I’m always serviced in a timely fashion!
