The Michigan Institute of Real Estate online program provided the right training for me to pass the salesperson state test, on the first try, with confidence. I also purchased the Exam Prep program which greatly helped me get used to the types of questions on the test. Both programs were easy to use. The exam prep program allowed you to test yourself on questions in certain topic areas or as a full test. It had flash cards and also short videos on many topics related to the license.
