When I came into Tim Green’s real estate class, on October 8th, I basically knew nothing about real estate and was coming in completely blind. By October 30th, thanks to Tim’s teaching and continued use of ExamPrep afterwards I was able to pass the real estate exam the first try! It’s amazing how much I was able to learn about real estate in basically a small span of 22 days honestly, definitely worth it imo.
Great class, lot's of good information!
The 40 hour instruction prep for salespeople in Lansing was amazing! Loved learning listening and gaining knowledge needed to pass the final exam of the class, and passing State exam on FIRST TRY. Thank you Tim R. Green for all the "real life" advice, and stories that we will use later. He also showed us how word associations would make testing much easier, and it did. Mr. T method and flying the plane I will use plenty! Thank you so much. I'm so glad I chose your team!😃

Tim was so entertaining, what a great speaker! He was genuine, nothing fake about him. He truly believes in his method to success and sincerely wants to share it. I learned so much from him, money well spent!
Yes I would recommend Michigan Institute of Real Estate and I do on a routine basis. I did my 40 hours of licensing class with Namir in 1998 and loved it. Nothing has changed. I just did Con Ed with him yesterday and can honestly say there are very few if any instructors that can take what is pretty mundane material and make it interesting and (at times) funny... I will be back for con ed next year (and the year after that, and after that...)!
Namir is amazing! He did an excellent job educating our group of 27. He always makes Con Ed class fun & interesting!! Everyone in attendance said it was the best Con Ed class ever!! Thank You Namir!!
After 41 years in real estate, you would think taking this class would be difficult! Namir makes it move along and continues to be informative with the changes in our industry. Will continue taking his class!
