Melissa is very rude. I started Invisalign- the doctor had to have the technician replace 2 of the anchors before I left. By the time I drove home- one had snapped off. I called and asked to come back as I hadn’t even made it home. Melissa was dismissive and said that there were no chairs and that there were no appointments.
