11am appointment with a 10am check-in. It is currently 11:30am and I am still in the waiting room. Check-in took about 3 minutes, as I had completed my paperwork prior to the appointment time; I was still instructed the check-in an hour prior was a necessity .

2 weeks ago UPDATE: So, the joke here is that one of the founding Partners is on the WA medical commission panel - this mean that this person serves on a panel for malpractice complaints - there are two panels A & B - I filed a complaint - and what are the odds?!! - my complaint just so happened to go before the panel with the doctor from this same practice! If I could give them zero stars I would! It's been a month trying to get schedule for a slip disc in lower back; no one answers the phone or returns calls.
